RNIB Surf right toolbar

RNIB Have taken the initiative of creeating an Accessibility Toolbar for Internet Explorer users. Most of the functions are things you can already find in your IE preferences, however this is aimed at those who have limited knowledge and are not aware they are there. Now you can turn images off, Javascript off etc with one click!
